Cardiff Mind is a provider of high quality mental health services. The support we offer covers a wide range of issues from support to maintain a tenancy through to more practical help and advice to decrease social isolation and enable people to get their lives back on track.
We place the people who use our services at the centre of our service delivery. We provide high quality services that are carefully planned, managed and monitored and we support the people who use our services towards achieving their potential.
Day Services work with individuals to develop a person centred plan which enables them to identify goals they need to achieve to improve their mental health, decrease social isolation and get their lives back on track.
Counselling is a skilled way of helping individuals with personal issues and difficulties. Counsellors are trained to listen and to help you make the changes you wish for in your life. The counsellor works with you to help you make sense of your difficulties and move forward in your life.

Supported Accommodation is a service designed for people who have complex mental health needs, possibly as a result of being homeless or released from hospital, and who may not be ready to take on their own tenancy.
Community Support, which is provided in collaboration with Cardiff Community Housing Association, includes a range of activities that enable people to maintain their own accommodation meet their duties and responsibilities as a tenant/occupant and get involved in their local community.
Domiciliary Support is designed to enable individuals to live in their own homes or with families and to be involved in the community where they live, attending college, leisure and social activities or having the opportunity to work.
We rigorously examine our services to find better approaches to their provision, and we explore innovative and imaginative strategies for developing and delivering services that build new partnerships and ways of working with people with mental health related problems.
